The property is in one of the best locations in Alvor, quiet with superb views but less than a 2 minute walk from the main restaurant & bar area, 2 minutes from the nearest supermarket, 5 minutes from the harbour & about 10 minutes from one of the best beaches on the Algarve.
With 2 pools on site & less than 10 minutes from the heated municipal pool, open all year round. A truly unique & convenient location.
There are several Golf courses within a few minutes drive including Alto Golf, Penina, Gramacho & Palmares. Also the recently opened mini golf next door, great fun for all ages, with a restaurant, snack bar, etc
The area also offers a wealth of other facilities including a Marine Zoo & Aquapark, Zoo, Karting at Portimao Racetrack & of course beautiful scenery including the Monchique mountains & other magnificent beaches. Sunset cruises, boat trips for fishing or exploration from Portimao or the historic town of Lagos, which is about a 15 minute drive away. For any “twitchers” the apartment looks out onto the bird sanctuary at Vale da Lama.
